The office of Dr. Stephen Demmi wants to ensure that each patient will receive the utmost in quality care. That each patient can have regularly scheduled appointments according to their needs. Consequently, if you must cancel an appointment we request that you provide our office with a 24 business hour notice. If you miss an appointment without calling you will be charged a 30.00 broken appt fee. If you have two appointments or a crown or deep cleaning appointment scheduled you must provide a 48 hour notice. The broken appointment fees will be added to your account automatically and due upon you next visit. This is not covered by insurance. If you miss 3 dental appointments without proper notice you will be placed in our inactive patient file and it will be at the discretion of the Office manager on whether or not to continue your dental care at our office.
